Section 50(1) in Orissa Panchayat Samiti Accounting Procedure Rules, 2002
(1)If any plot of land shown in the register is sold or is otherwise transferred from the possession of the Samiti the entry for it shall be struck off and the facts in connection with the transfer shall be recorded in the column for remarks under the initials of Block Development Officer.
