41. Sanction for prosecution.

- No prosecution for any offence punishable under this Act shall be instituted except with the previous sanction of the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] or any officer authorised by the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.].
