(4)The Board may call upon any college or institution so inspected to take, within a specified period, such action as may appear to it to be necessary in respect of the matters and undertakings referred to in its application under sub-section (1) of section 46 or, as the case may be, subsection (2) of section 48 or the conditions subject to which such status is granted.
