(1)Promotion into the different grades of the service shall be given on the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee constituted by the State Government.(2)The minimum qualifying service, i.e., 'Kalawadhi' (dkykof/k) for such promotions shall be the same as decided by the Home Department, from time to time, in consultation with the General Administration Department.
