Section 45(1) in Life Insurance Corporation of India (Staff) Rules, 1960
(1)The authority which made the order appealed against shall, without any avoidable delay, transmit to the appellate authority every appeal which is not withheld under Regulation 44 together with its comments thereon and the relevant records.
