Section 2(c) in Kerala (Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Act, 1996
(c)"Community Certificate" means the certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed form indicating therein the Scheduled Caste or the Scheduled Tribe, as the case may be, to which a person belongs;
