Section 39(2) in The Bihar Intermediate Education Council Act, 1992
(2)Institutions imparting education of Intermediate (+2) standard of the category of clauses (a), (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) the Intermediate (+2) part of such Institutions shall with the promulgation of this Act be deemed to be duly recognised by the Council.
