(1A)[ The State Government may also appoint such and so many other persons as it thinks fit and necessary to be(i)Joint Excise Commissioner,(ii)Deputy Excise Commissioners;(iii)District Excise Officer,(iv)Assistant Excise Officer;(v)Other Excise Officers.]
