Section 17(3)(c) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002

(c)the day on which, the place at which and the hours between which nomination papers are to be presented, such date being not less than seven clear days before the date fixed for election, or if that day is a public holiday the next succeeding day which is not a public holiday.
