2. Definitions.
- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-(i)"Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Vinirdishta Bhrashta Acharan Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1982 (No. 36 of 1982);(ii)"Collector" means the Collector of the revenue district of concerning district;(iii)"Form" means a form appended to these rules.
