Section 24(3) in Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1961
(3)The member referred to in [clause (b)] [Substituted for 'clause (a)' by section 2(1 )(b) of the Tamil Nadu Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Second Amendment Act, 1983 (Tamil Nadu Act 2 of 1984).] of sub-section (2) shall be the Chairman of the Land Board. The Secretary to the Land Board shall be a Gazetted Officer nominated by the Government, but he shall not be entitled to vote.
