WHEREAS the petitioners have presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the
Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, the above case through their Advocate Sri J.
Sudheer, praying the High Court to take cognizance of the clear, wanton, ex-
facie,
deliberate, willful and intentional contempt committed by the
respondents herein in disobeying the order of this Hon'ble Court passed in Writ
Petition No. 34131 of 2011, dated 28-08-2012 and punish them;
WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court,
upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and order of High Court dt. 31-08-2019,
21-12-2018, 28-08-2019 and 25-09-2019 and upon hearing the counsel for the
parties, made the following
ORDER:-
"None appears on behalf the non-applicant.
Therefore, bailable warrant be issued for a sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only) against the non-applicant for his appearance before this Court on the date so specified by the registry in the warrant. The warrant shall be served by the $.H.O. concerned on the non-applicant.
