Section 57C(1) in The Chhattisgarh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1960
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or Rules framed thereunder or bye-laws of any registered Cooperative Bank or orders issued thereunder, the provision of this chapter shall have overriding effect.
