430. Visits of unauthorised persons to prisons prohibited.
- No member of the Prison Establishment shall permit any unauthorised visitor or friend to enter the Prison without the permission of the Superintendent. No member of the guarding staff occupying quarters attached to the Prison shall permit any person not being a regular member of his family, to live with him without the permission of the Superintendent.
