None appeared for the writ petitioner.
2.The order of transfer dated 10.09.2004, transferring the writ petitioner from Vanagaram Village to Arambakkam Village, is under challenge in this Writ Petition.
3.At the time of filing of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was aged 48 years and now he would have crossed sixty years of age and further the order impugned in this Writ petition is in relation to the transfer of the writ petitioner from Vanagaram Village to Arambakkam Village.
4.In view of the above said facts, no further adjudication on merits and on the grounds raised in this writ petition require to be considered on merits. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
