Section 1 in The Kandla Port Trust Employees (Medical Attendance) Regulations, 2000
1. Short Title.
- (i) These regulations may be called the Kandla Port Employees (Medical Attendance) Regulations, 2000.(ii)These Regulations shall come into force from the date of publication in the official gazette, the Central Government's approval thereto.
