1. Notice. Since the respondents are duly represented by Mr. Kumar, let a reply be filed in the instant writ petitions within a period of three weeks from today. The petitioner shall have a week thereafter to file a rejoinder affidavit.
2. We also accord liberty to the respondents to classify the instant writ petitions since it is contended by Mr. Kumar that in some of the petitions, the challenge is to the Notices under Section 110 of the Customs Act, 1962 [„the Act'] and, therefore, the timeframe as statutorily placed in terms of Section 28 of the Act would not apply.
3. We further note that insofar as Notices referable to Section 28 This is a digitally signed order.
