88. Board may make certain rules. - Within four months of the date, on which this Act comes into force the Board shall make general rules, consistent with this Act, to regulate-
the form in which registers under this Act are to be kept;the procedure as to the presentation, admission and verification of applications for registration under Part IV, and as to inquiries under section 52,and generally for the purposes of this Act.The Board may from time to time cancel or alter any such rules.
