Section 5(v) in The Rajasthan State Warehousing Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1974
(v)Medical Examination on First Appointment. - No person shall be appointed by direct recruitment unless he has been certified by a Civil Assistant Surgeon Class 1 under the employment of the State Government to be of sound constitution and medically fit to discharge his duties. The fee, if any, for such medical certificate shall be paid by the employees concerned.
