Section 322A(1) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(1)Every officer in charge of a Ward Committee or such other officer or servant to whom the duties have been assigned to maintain record of open land or public places belonging to the Corporation shall be responsible to submit reports of occurrence of any encroachment.
