Section 24(1) in The Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board Employees Service Rules and Regulations, 1993
(1)No male candidate who has more than one wife living shall be eligible for appointment to the service unless the Government, after being satisfied that there are special grounds for doing so, exempt any candidates from the operation of this rule.
