Section 74(1) in The Punjab Minor Canals Act, 1905
(1)The [State Government] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] may make rules, consistent with this Act, regulating any matter in regard to which any power is, by this Act, conferred upon the [State Government] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.], or upon any officer of the [Government, and generally to carry out the purposes of this Act.] [Substituted for the word 'Crown' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.]
