Section 1034(a) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(a)To each police hospital a constable will be attached as Diet Sarkar. His chief duty will be to keep up under the medical officer's orders register A (B. P. Form No. 197) and he will fill in columns 1 to 6 of Form B (B. P. Form No. 198).
