Section 8(2) in THE KARNATAKA GOOD SAMARITAN AND MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL (PROTECTION AND REGULATION DURING EMERGENCY SITUATIONS) ACT, 2016
(2)Every hospital shall be required to inform the police as soon as an injured person is brought to such hospital by a Good Samaritan:Provided that the details of the Good Samaritan may be given to the police only in accordance with section 4 of this Act.
