(2)The provisions of the [Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974)] [ Substituted by Act 31 of 1977, Section 2, for " Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898)(5 of 1898)" (w.e.f. 12.8.1977).], relating to searches shall, so far as they are applicable, apply to searches by officers authorised under this section.
