Section 3 in Gujarat Secondary Education (Amendment) Act, 1973
3. Repeal of Guj. Ord. 6 of 1973.- The Gujarat Secondary Education (Amendment) Ordinance, 1973 (Guj. Ord. 6 of 1973) is hereby repealed and the provisions of section 7 of the Bombay Central Clauses Act, 1904 (Bom. I of 1904) shall apply to such repeal as if that Ordinance were an enactment.
