8. Removal of the Members of the Board.
- No member of the Board shall be removed from the office on any ground specified in Sections 11 of the Act, without due and proper enquiry by an officer not below the rank of Principal Secretary appointed by the State Government for the purpose and without giving a reasonable opportunity to the member, of being heard.
