Section 26(3) in Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act, 1973
(3)For the removal of doubts, it is hereby declared that the entries in the fourth column of the Schedule shall not be deemed to be conclusive as to the right, title and interest of any person in relation to any coal mine specified in the corresponding entries in the second column of the Schedule and evidence shall be admissible to establish the right, title interest of any person in relation to such coal mine.
