Section 28(1) in The Maharashtra Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1968
(1)Every employer shall exhibit in his industrial premises, a notice in Form IV specifying clearly the daily hours of work, intervals for rest and weekly holiday allowed to the employees or, as the case may be, to each class of employees.
