Section 280(1) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(1)No person shall use any premises in the municipal area for any of the purposes specified in Schedule VII except under and in accordance with the conditions of a licence granted under the provisions of the bye-laws made in this behalf.
