This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ in the nature
of Mandamus by issuing time bound direction to the R-1 to
dispose of the dispute No.INA/21/99 pending on the file of
R-1.
This petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in 'B'
group, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER
The learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent no.1 to dispose off the dispute No.INA/21/99 pending on the file of the 1st respondent, vide Annexure-C.
3. The learned Govt. Pleader submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with Law.
4. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off. The respondent no.1 is directed to dispose off the dispute No.INA/21/99 and pass appropriate 3 orders therein in accordance with Law, as expeditiously as possible.
The learned Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within four weeks.
