Section 35(1) in The West Bengal Industrial Infra-Structure Development Corporation Act, 1974
(1)For the furtherance of the objects of this Act, the State Government may, upon such conditions as may be agreed upon between that Government and the Corporation, place at the disposal of the Corporation any lands vested in the State Government.
