(2)Change of address to be intimated to Registrar. [Ss. 15(3) and 16]. - A registered practitioner who changes his name shall immediately inform the Registrar about his changed name and shall satisfy the Registrar that he has already notified the fact of the change of his name in a newspaper having a wide circulation in the area in which he practises.
