Facts:
1. Appellant submitted RTI application dated 19 October 2010 before the CPIO, AMU, Aligarh seeking details of the administrative procedures adopted by the Ministry of HRD approved R.C.A. (Residential Coaching Academy) and other related details.
2. Vide CPIO Order dated 20 November 2010, CPIO provided point wise information to the Appellant.
3. Not satisfied by the CPIO Reply, Appellant preferred appeal dated 30 November 2010, before the First Appellate Authority.
4. Vide FAA Order dated 21 December 2010, FAA upheld the CPIO's Order.
5. Being aggrieved and not being satisfied by the above response of the public authority, the appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission.
6. Matter was heard today via video conferencing from Aligarh where respondent as above was present and made submissions. Appellant was not present. It is noted that the appellant has sought similar information regarding RCA and its conversion into and Academy which is subject to all the norms and guidelines prescribed by Ministry of HRD/UGC.

7. The respondent has provided information to the Commission at length during the hearings and we are satisfied. Part information has already been provided to the appellant. Additional information along the lines provided to the Commission during the hearing will be provided also to the appellant in writing by the respondent, within two weeks of receipt of the order.
