श्री शीश राम ओला (झुंझुनू):उपाध्यक्ष महोदय, लीबिया में मारे गए लोगों में मेरे जिले झुंझुनू के और हिन्दुस्तान के दूसरे लोग भी हैं। परंतु मुझे रात को लोग सोने नहीं दे रहे हैं। वे कहते हैं कि मेरे बच्चे को गोली लग गई, मेरे बच्चे को गोली लग गई। लीबिया में बुरी तरह से गृह युद्ध चल रहा है। सड़कों पर खून-खराबा चल रहा है। मैं आपके माध्यम से सरकार को कहना चाहता हूँ कि लीबिया में जितने भी हिन्दुस्तानी और मेरे ज़िले के, मेरी पार्लियामैंट्री कांस्टीटय़ुंसी के लोग फँसे हुए हैं, जो मर गए, उनकी डैड बॉडीज़ मंगाई जाएँ और जो फँसे हुए हैं, उनको आप विशेष व्यवस्था से, हवाई जहाज़ से या समुद्री जहाज़ से भारत वापस लाएँ। ...( व्यवधान)

श्री विष्णु पद राय (अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीपसमूह): उपाध्यक्ष जी, 17 फरवरी, 2011 को कार निकोबार में क्लास 10 और 12 का सीबीएसई प्रश्न-पत्र लीक हो गया। एक मार्च को परीक्षा थी और 17 फरवरी को कार निकोबार में सीबीएसई प्रश्न-पत्र लीक हो गया। अतः मैं मांग करता हूँ कि भारत में जहाँ सीबीएसई क्लास 10 और 12 की परीक्षा हो रही है, उसका जो पेपर पहले बनाया गया था, उसे कैन्सेल करके, नया प्रश्न-पत्र बनाकर परीक्षा की जाए। जिन लोगों ने यह गलत काम किया, धंधा किया, उनके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए, यह मेरी मांग है।

SHRI VAYALAR RAVI: By ships, we are transporting persons from different ports to Alexandria and our other private aircraft are going to Alexandria because we do not have a bilateral agreement with Libya. Only the Air India has got special permission to land in Tripoli where about eight to ten thousand people have assembled. The total Indians were 18,000. Many people have been stranded at other ports and places. Arrangements have been made by the Ministry of External Affairs and they are discussing with us. They are transporting people. As we thought that more planes are required, we summoned private aircraft also. We have summoned Air India aircraft. We have three 747 Air bus available with Air India, and three 320 Airbus and 787 and other flights also have been put into service. We are doing our best to bring back all the people as much as possible. … (Interruptions) The intention of our Government is to bring all the Indians back and we do not want to leave anybody there. I can assure the hon. Members that we will be bringing all the people. … (Interruptions)

Sir, early morning at 6 o’ clock, I received a call from Mumbai. There were 150 passengers who wanted to go to Southern part of India. So, immediately I went into action. I arranged Air India flights and we provided free tickets for them. We will take them to their destination by Air India or by private aircraft absolutely free. There is no problem. But according to the rules, if the distance is less than 500 kilometers, they have to go by train or bus. … (Interruptions)
But I can tell you that all the State Governments fully cooperate with the Government of India’s effort. They have brought buses and everything. The Railways are also doing their best to help those people. Thank you.… (Interruptions)
