Section 2(2)(vi) in The U.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees and Fines) Regulations, 2010

(vi)Reference herein to the "Schedule" shall be constituted as a reference to tine "Schedule of Fees" annexed to these regulations as amended or modified by the Commission from time to time in accordance with the applicable laws in force.
