(2)No notice shall be valid until the information required under sub-section (1) and any further information and plans which may be required under bye-laws made under this Act have been furnished to the satisfaction of the [Board] [Substituted by Act 24 of 1936, S.69, for "Cantonment Authority" ].along with the notice.
