Section 44(1) in Madhya Pradesh Bhu-Rajasva Sanhita (Rajasva Nyayalayon Ki Prakriya) Niyam, 2019
(1)A commission for the examination of a person may be issued to any person whom the Revenue Court thinks fit to execute it, or to any other Revenue Court of equal or lower rank who can conveniently examine such person.
