1. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that there is factual inaccuracy contained in para 15 of the impugned order dated 20.11.2012. He asserts that finding recorded by the MPID Court to the effect that "the disputed property is standing in the individual name" is incorrect. The said property is purchased in the name of company Laxmi Cars Pvt. Ltd.
