Section 11(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Prohibition on Manufacture of Specified Copper Utensils (By Machine) Act, 2006
(1)The superintendence of the [Anti-Corruption Bureau] [Substituted 'Vigilance Organisation' by Jammu and Kashmir Act No. 22 of 2018, dated 25.10.2018.] in so far as it relates to investigation of offences alleged to have been committed under the Prevention of Corruption Act, Samvat 2006, shall vest in the Commission.
