Order 03/01/2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present revision petition is squarely covered by order of this Court in M/s. Meghraj Poonamchand v. Assistant Commercial Taxes Officer: S.B. Civil Revision No.138/2017, decided on 06.07.2017, wherein, the revision petition raising similar issue has been dismissed.
In view of the submissions made, the present revision petition is also dismissed in light of order of this Court in the case of M/s. Meghraj Poonamchand (supra).
