Section 14 in The West Bengal Municipal Elections Act, 1994
14. General duty of the Presiding Officer. -
It shall be the general duty of the Presiding Officer at a polling station to keep order thereat and to see that the [poll is fairly taken] [Words substituted for the words 'Polling fairly taken' by W.B. Act 46 of 1994.].
