Each of the petitioners has been convicted and sentenced to undergo simple imprisonment for one month and fine of `1,000/- only.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, substantive sentence imposed upon the petitioners vide judgment/order dated 26.12.2019 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1 st Class, Tissa, H.P. in case titled State of H.P. Vs. Surender Kumar and others in Police Challan No. 41-1/19/13 and affirmed by learned Sessions Judge, Chamba, H.P. in Criminal Appeal No. 02 of 2020 in case titled as Surender Kumar and ::: Downloaded on - 31/12/2020 20:20:57 :::HCHP others Vs. pendency of the petition subject to furnishing personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- each with one local surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial Court within four weeks from today, undertaking therein to appear before this Court as and when directed and to serve out the sentence on dismissal of their petition and also subject to deposit of fine amount in the trial Court within four weeks, if not already deposited.
Bail bonds so furnished be transmitted to the Registry of this Court for being placed on record along-
with report of deposit of fine amount.
