1. Heard Sri Udit Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State-respondents.
2. The present amendment application has been filed for adding Section 409 and 420 I.P.C. in prayer clause of the writ petition.
3. Amendment application is allowed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to carry out the necessary amendment in the prayer clause.
