(1)The working or internal pressure in any cylinder charged with a permanent gas shall not exceed the multiplication factor of the test pressure prescribed in cylinder manufacturing code.(2)The cylinder charged with liquefiable gases shall not be filled in excess of the filling ratios specified in IS: 3710 for low pressure liquefiable gases and IS: 15975 for high pressure liquefiable gases or any other code accepted by Chief Controller.
