65. Aeronautical beacon and aeronautical ground lights.
(1)No aeronautical beacon or aeronautical ground light shall be established or maintained within India nor shall the character of the light exhibited therefrom be altered except with the approval in writing of the Central Government and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.(2)No person shall wilfully or negligently endanger or interfere with any aeronautical beacon or aeronautical ground light established or maintained by or with the approval of the Central Government or any light exhibited therefrom.
