Section 6(1) in The Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981
(1)The State Government may, be notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Board to be known by such name as may be specified in the notification for any Security Guards in any area. One or more Boards may be established for one or more classes of Security Guards for one or more areas.
