Section 85(1) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1963
(1)The licenced trader or 'A' class broker shall provide or arrange to provide all such necessary authorised weights and measures and authorised weighing instruments at the time of taking delivery of agricultural produce sold in the market as may be specified in the bye-laws.
