(3)The following registers shall be kept by clerks of Courts of Small Causes :Register of Receipts and Deposits (Form No. 35).Register of Repayments of Deposits (Form No. 37).Register of Fines, Stamp-duty and Penalties Realized (Form No. 39).Register of Petty Receipts and Repayments (Form No. 43).Cash-book (Form No. 41).Pass-book (Form No. 42).The same registers shall be maintained in outlying Munsif's Courts; the Register of Receipts of Deposits by the Munsarim, the other registers, the Cash-book and the Pass-book by the Nazir.
