5. Delegation of powers by Wild Life Preservation Officer. -
The Wild Life Preservation Officer may, with the approval of the State Government, by order in writing delegate any of his powers and duties under any of the provisions of this Act, to [any officer of the State Government,] subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order.
